Moyes: Bid for Fabregas is ongoing

Well, there have been a lot of talking this season from Manchester United camp, all the more with a new manager and a bunch of new staff under Moyes. Some fans are already tired of these...some even started singing Elvis Presley famous lyrics: "A little less conversation, a little more action please"

It is rather frustrating, no doubt about that, especially when so much was mentioned about Thiago Alcantara, whom eventually went to Bayern and join Pep Guardiola. Well, some probably blame it on the close relationships that Guardiola and Alcantara shared but it is still a blow to United's ambition for the "best players".

Anyway, the good news is this, Moyes insisting that the bid for Cesc Fabregas is ongoing.

United are set to submit a third bid for the Spain international after seeing two offers rejected, with reports in Spain suggesting that Barca president Sandro Rosell had written to them to insist he would not be selling Fabregas this summer.

And Barcelona's Gerard Pique told the Sun: "United are wasting their time. It took a long time for Cesc to get his dream move back home, and he won't give it up.

"This is home, it is where his family is, and he is playing with his closest friends. He has told us he is happy, and that he intends to stay with Barcelona."

His comments were echoed by Alex Song, who said he was confident that Fabregas would not be leaving the Camp Nou.

Whether or not that bid will result in a transfer or not is yet to be seen, but we are definitely seeing a lot of activities going on from United's camp. Let's not forget their ambitious dream to bring Ronaldo back to United and what about Gareth Bale? Well, there are definitely a lot of talking this transfer season.
