Stay in control

At times, you wonder how could one stay in control, especially when there are so much problems or troubles.

Here is one of the many ways that you can do to ensure that you stay in control.


Try doing this....
  1. Take a deep breath
  2. Squeeze this ball and pour all your anger and frustration into it
  3. Smile
  4. Then tell yourself, I'm in control.
So this repeatedly until you feel better.
