Today is "sugarless" day..

I tried to take a more healthy approach to life. Yesterday I indulged in Caramel Macchiato, Coke and much sugar that I decided not to add sugar into my drinks. I only have Green Tea without sugar as drink during lunch time. I opt for noodle instead of taking rice for both my lunch and dinner.

I even drink coffee without any sugar...Americano....taste awesome!!

Well, I know I am consistent at this but at least I try to have a day without sugar in a's that?
