At first, I thought of taking LRT to work so that the 10,000 steps could be achieved easily. But I guess not for today since I have an interview to attend.
Decided to go to gym after work instead.
I went to True Fitness. Honestly, I think the equipment there are pretty good. I went for running....completed my 10,000 steps aka 8km run...and then used the equipment to build on my chest. Not sure if I do it the right way but I guess the pain there means something good....no pain no gain?
Well, I decided to show off my True Fitness gym card...
So now that I have completed the 10,000 steps challenge day, what is it for tomorrow?
