Gym workout: Running session

Today I didn't do any weights. 

I'm focusing a bit on the cardio for today, running 3km. 
It took me 20 minutes. Well, it was quite tiring. I must admit...running 3km today is definitely not as easy as how I felt it was back in uni and school days.

I did some stretching before I start running...

And here's the difficult part...



The 3km run was good...need to work on the timing though...I was expecting 18 minutes actually, but couldn't really push myself too hard.

It's relaxing time after that though...phew!! 


Tomorrow gonna continue the workout though....
