I really have to salute people that commit themselves into running on a certain distance everyday or every week.
I have yet to be able to be as good as those but here's some improvement.
I have set a 15km run as my goal for the month and it's really very little but I'm glad I start out to see how far I am from my goals.
I managed to go for 24.32km in June. It's not very good but at least it's a good start.
I didn't get a fitness tracker as I felt that I could easily keep track of my run using the Excel spreadsheet as well.
